French LIST Architecture-Urbanism has in collaboration with Hideyuki Nakayama from Japan and Matilde Cassani from Italy created 'Harbour Magnets' that takes place at selected places at the harbour and transforms them into temporary public spaces for contemplation and thoughtfulness.
The magnets become symbols of affiliation between the old harbour and the new. During the Festival, there will be a series of events at the transformed places; there will be roundtable discussions and screenings of harbour movies. There is also an exhibition at Ridehuset.
Parts of the Magnets will be visible as a part of the RISING Architecture Week 11.-15. september. Read more at www.risingarchitecture.dk
